Learn through deep immersion about the history, content, industry, and curatorial work of international film festivals in this 1-credit mini-course offered in conjunction with the 27th annual Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF), which runs April 1–14.
The course is experiential in focus and will involve attendance of the 27th annual Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival both on campus and downtown at Cinemapolis.
The festival features special events and guests from around the globe, and spans film, art, new media, music, literary events, activists, scholarly presentations, workshops, discussions, forums.
Students enrolled in this course are designated as FLEFF Festival Fellows (a role that can be listed on your resume) and are given assignments linked to specific festival events.
