The Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF) returns for its 27th annual edition with approximately 30 different events occurring on campus, downtown, and on Zoom.
Further details and a full schedule of events are available at: www.ithaca.edu/fleff
The goal of the festival is to bring the world to Ithaca and Ithaca to the world through the power of the moving image, opening up spaces for dialogue, discourse, and debate that connect IC to our wider host community of Ithaca and beyond, exploring environmental sustainability and a multitude of intersecting ideas.
The special theme of this year's festival is 'turbulence' – a conceptual lens for considering the ideas and issues explored across events, disciplines, and media, connecting a variety of environmental phenonema and the metaphorical understanding of turbulent times.
Major funding for the Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival is provided by the Park Foundation.
