Join us for a special concert to launch the 27th annual Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF) and this year's special theme: turbulence.
Alongside other works, IC's Wind Ensemble (directed by Daniel Cook) will perform alongside faculty percussionist Conrad Alexander for a regional premiere of Storm Chasers, a concerto for timpani and wind ensemble by Ukrainian-Australian composer Catherine Likhuta, who will be in attendance.
As well as music, specially scripted text by Saviana Stănescu will be narrated by Cynthia Henderson.
Free and open to the public: Tuesday April 2, 8:15pm, Ford Hall
