Reminder: Join Us for Campus Climate Community Presentations – Thursday, April 25

By News, April 23, 2024

We share this message as a final reminder about our upcoming Campus Climate Community Presentations, scheduled to be held tomorrow, Thursday, April 25. There will be two opportunities for members of our campus community to join representatives from our survey partners, Rankin Climate, and the Campus Climate Survey Committee to learn more and ask questions about the key findings from our Campus Climate Survey completed during the Fall 2023 semester.

The first community presentation is scheduled to be held during the common hour from 12:10-1:05 p.m. in Emerson Suites. This presentation session will also be livestreamed for individuals who are unable to attend in person. Thelivestream will be made available to go live on the day of the event. A full recording of this session will also be posted to the Campus Climate website following the completion of the presentation.

The second community presentation will be an in-person only session held in Textor 102 from 4:00-5:15 p.m.

In addition to highlighting the most salient findings from the survey, we will also provide an opportunity for members of our campus community to ask questions during a question-and-answer session that will conclude both presentations. Individuals in attendance at both presentations, as well as individuals viewing the livestreamed first session will have an opportunity to share questions they may have for our Rankin Climate representatives. Individuals will be able to ask their question live or, if preferred, can utilize an anonymous online submission form, which will only be live during the two presentations. In addition to sharing responses during the presentation session, we will also publish questions and responses to the FAQs page on the Campus Climate website.

As a reminder, you can access the full Key Findings Report and Presentation slides via the SharePoint links listed on the Campus Climate website. Please note that you will need to provide your Ithaca College login credentials in order to access these documents. A hard-copy version of the final Key Findings Report can also be made available for viewing by contacting campusclimate@ithaca.edu.

We look forward to engaging with you in this important step of our campus climate process.

Sincerely,

The Campus Climate Committee Co-Chairs
