Nature Rx May Frol*IC: Stop, Breathe, Reflect w/ Pourcher Crawley on Friday, May 10th from 1-2pm

Take a moment to reflect on the semester as it comes to an end. Stop to breathe at the Muller Chapel pond and feel free to bring a notepad! This event will be led by CAPS counselor, Pourcher Crawley, LMHC. All are welcome. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Physical benefits: improve sleep and fitness, reduce pain and restlessness

Social benefits: find a walk/hike partner, improve confidence and connection, reduce isolation

Cognitive benefits: improve concentration, working memory, and awareness

Emotional benefits: improve life satisfaction and decision-making, reduce rumination and worrying
