Have you always wanted to try meditation but never had the time during the fall and spring semesters? Do you want to start learning about and experiencing the benefits of this mindfulness practice during a quieter time on campus?
You are invited to join us in Muller Chapel at noon, Mondays, throughout the summer for free meditation sessions. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is a combination of guided and silent meditation practices. Give yourself and your mind a break over the summer by joining us for a little "you" time.

All you need to bring is your willingness to learn.
