The Ithaca Pride Alliance is hosting Pride, and we need your help!
We are currently recruiting volunteers for both our Opening Ceremony and All Ages Dance Party at the Bernie Milton Pavilion on Saturday, June 8th, from 4:30-11 pm (event from 6-10 pm) and our Pride in the Park event at Dewitt Park on Sunday, June 9th from 8 am- 6 pm (event from 10 am- 4 pm). You can sign up for roles including set up or tear down, event information, event logistics, or medical. All volunteers will receive a volunteer tee shirt, snacks, and water during their shift. Volunteers who sign up for shifts during Pride in the Park on Sunday, June 9th, will also receive vouchers for food and coffee from our sponsors, Silo and Gimmee! Coffee.
We will hold volunteer training on Tuesday, June 4th from 7-8:0 pm at the Chamber of Commerce, 124 Brindley Street. Please prioritize attending this event in person; however, we will offer a Zoom option.
