Ithaca College Mail Service is beginning to implement a new tracking program beginning with departmental deliveries, and eventually by the end of summer, to all mail/parcels received at the mail center. What this means for the end user, at least right now, is that when we deliver a package to you, you will receive an email from QTrak, saying your package has been delivered, and will often include a picture of where the package was left. Delivery locations will not change, only the software has changed.
