This is your final reminder the Studio tool in Canvas will no longer be available and will be removed from Canvas on June 30, 2024, as previously announced. Action is required before June 30 to keep a copy of your media.
Studio is a video capture and media repository tool built into Canvas. You may have used Studio to insert video or audio files into your Canvas courses.
How does this impact me? What are my next steps?
Users should log into Canvas and click the Studio icon in the main navigation pane. This will allow you to review all personal media files in Studio and begin making a list of the files and which ones you need to keep. *Note -if you do not want to keep any media files, you do not need to take any action.
