Dr. Katharyn Howd Machan, Department of Writing, has been awarded one of the Top Four prizes in the International Maria W. Faust Sonnet Contest for her poem “Via Caio Cestio,” about the grave of John Keats in Rome, which she visited in January. The reading of winning poems will be via Zoom midday on Saturday, July 27.
