What is Copilot for Microsoft 365?

This advanced Microsoft license brings the powers of Copilot into everyday applications, giving you access to the latest features of AI in Microsoft Apps. You can use AI to draft, summarize, analyze, and take meeting notes. You can also share your feedback and suggestions to shape the future of AI in Microsoft Apps.

What is the purpose of the pilot?

While these features are unlikely to be released to the campus community on a large scale in the near future due to high costs, we hope to learn about the capabilities and potential downfalls of these features, and to understand how AI may be integrated into common applications and used to enhance work in the future.

Who can join and what does the pilot entail?

We are looking for a small number of faculty and staff volunteers who use Microsoft Apps regularly. The pilot will provide access to these features for 60 days, include two 1-hour virtual trainings lead by our student AI Exploratory Guide, and end with the completion of a 15-minute survey.
