Launching our first-ever Generative AI Office Hours with our trained student team of AI Exploratory Guides, members of the Division of Information Technology and Analytics. Our goal is to help you leverage generative AI tools to enhance your work.
During these sessions, you can:
- ask questions
- explore use cases
- discuss prompting strategies
- brainstorm around issues
- learn how to use generative AI safely when it comes to sensitive data
- learn about college-provided AI tools as well as free tools
AI office hours are open to all staff and faculty who are interested in leveraging AI for their work. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you are welcome to join us and share your ideas, challenges, and insights. Our focus is on using generative AI chat tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more.

Coming soon! Beginning in September, we will have a physical location dubbed the “AI Exploratorium” in Friends Hall where faculty, staff, and students can explore AI tools, and receive guidance and training from our AI Exploratory Guides.
