• Advanced Virtual Appointments: Streamline appointment management by offering on-demand and scheduled appointments with a queue view, customizable waiting room, SMS confirmations and reminders, and detailed reports and analytics to track appointments.

This pilot aims to explore the capabilities and potential of these tools to enhance our work. Participants will have access to Teams Premium for the length of the pilot and will help determine how licenses could be offered in the future.

We are seeking faculty and staff who regularly use Microsoft Teams, particularly to host meetings, webinars, or town halls, or who use Microsoft Bookings for appointment scheduling. The pilot will run for 5 weeks, with two optional time periods; September 9 – October 16 or October 21 – November 26.

Participants will receive access to a Teams Premium license and will be invited to participate in a virtual training session. Following the pilot, all participants will be asked to complete a brief survey.
