Do you want to enhance your Spanish fluency? Have you been to a Spanish speaking country and want to continue having Spanish conversational practice? If so, join one of the tertulias sponsored by the Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures together with Tutoring and Academic Enrichment Services.
Tertulias are informal meetings of people to talk about current affairs; arts; literature; series; movies; etc. Our tertulias are led by Spanish speakers and are open to students and the IC community.
This semester we are excited to announce that we will be offering two levels of tertulias: intermediate and advanced. The intermediate level tertulias will be held on Thursdays at 12:10 pm and/or 7:00 pm. The more advanced tertulias will meet on Tuesdays at 12:10 pm and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. All tertulias meet in Friends 303. We encourage you to go to the session that best suits your Spanish language abilities and needs.
