Fall 2024 IT&A Webinars – Boost Your Productivity

Information Technology and Analytics is pleased to announce a series of upcoming webinars for Fall 2024, organized by the Business Productivity Team. These webinars will each concentrate on a different productivity tool and include time for participants to ask questions and receive answers.

Sessions planned for the Fall 2024 are as follows, with registration and details to come:

SEPTEMBER

  1. Appointment Scheduling with Microsoft Bookings – Daria: Discover how to make schedules and manage appointments efficiently with Microsoft Bookings. Register | September 18th, 11 AM – 12 PM
  2. Microsoft Copilot: Discover a generative artificial intelligence chatbot developed by Microsoft and learn how to use real-time intelligent assistance to enhance creativity and productivity. Register | September 19th, 12 PM- 1 PM
  3. Introduction to Microsoft Teams – Amir: Explore the workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, file and app sharing, and even the occasional emoji with Microsoft Teams. Register | September 25th, 1 PM – 2 PM

OCTOBER

  1. Organizing with Microsoft Lists – Amir: Learn how to track information, organize work, manage workflows, and master the use of templates in Microsoft Lists for better organization.
  2. Efficient Scheduling with Microsoft Shifts – Daria: Learn how to manage team schedules effectively using the Shifts app within Teams.

NOVEMBER

  1. AI Collaboration: Copilot for Students – Amir: Differentiate instruction and enhance student learning by creating lesson plans, quizzes, rubrics, and other class resources for any level of learner with Copilot.
  2. Zoom Security Essentials: Discover how to secure your Zoom meetings with essential settings like in-meeting security options, End-to-end encryption, host controls, and more!
  3. Exploring New Features in Outlook & Teams: Discover fun and productive features like reactions, @mentions, and delay send in the new Outlook and Teams.
  4. Innovate with Microsoft Loop Components – Amir: Integrate dynamic content into your workflows using Microsoft Loop Components.
