Microsoft Bookings is an online tool that helps you schedule appointments, with features to set up services, staff availability, and customer interactions. Find out more about how you can use this tool for personal appointments or running services or activities for your department or organization. Join us on Wednesday, September 18, from 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM.

The session will cover the following

Requesting a license and using Bookings
Create a personal Bookings page that matches your Outlook calendar, allowing others to schedule meetings with you
Explore choices for online (Teams or Zoom) or face-to-face appointments
Brief overview of the shared Bookings page for team or department use
