Student Leadership Institute workshop proposals for Block 2 are open until Monday, September 30th at 11:59pm. Student presenters in the last year have prepared workshops entitled:
- “Prioritizing: It’s Okay to Say No to Things,”
- “The Mime Approach to Problem Solving,”
- ”BomberTHON: How Community Outreach and Fundraising Has Impacted the College Experience”, and
- “Lessons from Dystopias.”
As a student presenter, the process of assembling a workshop is less daunting than it seems! It is a unique opportunity to teach your peers about a leadership skill or experience that is meaningful to you. Workshops should be interactive, and spark discussion among students who attend. You can share a story, play a video, or use hands-on activities to spark the conversation. Submit your SLI proposal today!
