Mental Health Flock's Selected Events

The aim of the Stop & Breatheweek is to highlight the amazing self-care events across campus that are happening during midterms and the end of the semester, some very high stress times for everyone.

Consider attending one of these programs to catch your breath before midterms! Our wonderful program sponsors are offering an excellent array of events for your consideration.

Unable to attend any programs in person? No problem. Check out our virtual hub of online wellness resources that include live animal cams, videos for visual relaxation, and creative virtual art activities

We'll post another group of events from Sunday, October 6th through Friday, October 11th.  Email Cathy Michael (cmichael@ithaca.edu ) to submit an event!
