For this year's Cortaca Jug game at SUNY Cortland, Ithaca College's Student Governance Council will be chartering a bus to bring a group of students from IC to Cortland for the game. The group needs 1-2 staff or faculty members to serve as volunteers on the bus along with a few student volunteers who we are currently working to find. All volunteers will get a free ticket to the game and, of course, a free ride!
The game is on Saturday, November 16th and the bus would leave IC by 10:45am and head back to Ithaca from SUNY Cortland 30 minutes after the game ends.
Are you interested? If so, please let me know by Wednesday, November 13th. Volunteer spots will be filled on a first come first served basis.
SGC will handle the filling of the bus and student volunteers on the bus will handle any outreach to students, headcounts on the bus, etc. Your role will really be to be on the bus both ways and to ensure that folks are following college policy while on the bus.
