Mental Health Flock's Selected Events

The goal of Stop & Breathe Week is to showcase the fantastic self-care events happening across campus during midterms and the end of the semester, which are high-stress times for everyone.

Take a moment to attend one of these programs to catch your breath before midterms! Our amazing program sponsors are offering a wide range of events for you to enjoy. These events are open to students, faculty, and staff. Select participants will be collecting student attendance for our Stop & Breathe raffle. See below for more details!

Can't attend any programs in person? No worries. Visit our virtual hub of online wellness resources, which includes live animal cams, visual relaxation videos, and creative virtual art activities.

We'll share another group of events from Sunday, December 8th through Wednesday, December 11th, so stay tuned. You can check out the full list of events at anytime here. For any questions, please contact Rachel at rng2@ithaca.edu.

Remember, you've got this, and don't forget to stop & breathe!
