Happy December! The end of the semester is almost here, which means colder days, darker evenings, and looming exams. It's a good time to pause, reflect, and prepare for winter.
We do just that in the latest edition of the Nature Rx newsletter, written by Nature Rx intern and Writing major Jonah Peretz. We have a remembrance of Oscar Raymond Mayer '19; an interview with Lauren Kelly Benson, the new Director of the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life; and a preview of Stop and Breathe Week, including our own Pond Reflections event, featuring Forest and Sound Bathing.
