We are pleased to be able to keep Prunty’s Pantry open after the close of final examinations.
The Pantry will maintain its normal hours from December 1 through and including December 20 and will be open during our regular hours as noted below. The Pantry will resume full operation on January 7, 2025 with these hours.
Tuesdays from 12:15 until 2:00 pm
Wednesdays from 4:00 until 6:00 pm
Thursdays from 12:15 until 2:00 pm
Fridays from 4:00 until 6:00 pm
Thanks to generous help from Public Safety, the campus center director, and a student employee who is staying over the time the College is closed (December 21, 2024, through January 5, 2025) - we will be able to be open for two days each week the College is closed.
The Campus Center will remain closed. Those wishing to use the Pantry should use the south exterior entrance to the building near the stairs that go from the lower level of the campus center up to the main academic quad. Only the Pantry will be open - the rest of the building will continue to be inaccessible during those dates.
Dates and hours are as noted below:
Monday, December 23 from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm
Thursday, December 26 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm
Monday, December 30 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm
Friday, January 3, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm
Please note that supplies may be somewhat limited as we will not be receiving new food during this time; but pantry staples will continue to be available. The one-bag limit will be waived starting the week of December 16 so that those remaining in Ithaca over the break will be able to gather enough food to support their needs during that time.
