A clinical associate professor and director of the college’s Wellness Program, Frank Micale can offer practical fitness tips to youth and general adult populations. He has given presentations on firefighter fitness programs, exercise prescription for the musician, and exercise quality and goal attainment. Micale is certified as a clinical exercise specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine and as a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
