Lewis can discuss the importance of healthy leisure, self-care, and wellness and the vital role of leisure pursuits, including outdoor recreation in these areas. He can provide insights and ‘how to’ in outdoor adventure technical skills including whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and outdoor living skills. Additionally, Lewis can discuss risk management considerations for field instructors and program administrators. A Certified Outdoor Leader, he has extensive wilderness expedition leadership experience and a history of collaboration with leaders in the outdoor industry.
