An Ithaca College tradition, our Convocation serves as a formal welcome for our incoming students and an official start to your time here on South Hill. You’ll first be greeted by faculty members in their academic regalia, followed by remarks from the college president, the provost, a faculty member, and the president of the Student Governance Council.
Convocation will be followed by a welcome picnic where students, faculty, and staff will join together to celebrate the start of a new academic year.
