- Cayuga Health at Ithaca College (Student Health Services): Medical facility on-campus for students to receive healthcare services.
- IC Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Clinic: Physical and Occupational Therapy Services provided by OT/PT students supervised by OT/PT faculty/therapists. Located CHS 4th floor.
- Medicar: Transportation to and from medical appointments in the Ithaca-area at no charge. Services are available limited hours. Call Student Health Services to schedule.

- Club Sports: Around 40 club sport organizations, that include a mix of competitive, instructional and performance based groups. Competitive and instructional clubs for each sport that provide students with the opportunity to participate and compete in a sport without the strict and demanding environment of intercollegiate sports.
- Fitness Center: Students, faculty, and staff can use their ID card for free access to the equipment and facilities at the Fitness Center, including the Climbing Wall.
- Group Fitness Classes: Free fitness classes available to the entire campus community. Classes vary by semester but offer a wide range of types of classes from HIIT to Yoga
- Intramural Programs: Intramural Sports program offers a wide variety of team sports through organized competitive and recreational leagues
- Nature Rx: Ithaca College Campus Nature Rx provides learners with resources for improving emotional, spiritual, physical, social, and environmental wellness through a connection with nature.
- Office of Campus Recreation: The Office of Campus Recreation provides a variety of recreational fitness and wellness pursuits for all members of our college community and includes the IC Fitness Center, Intramural Sports, Club Sports, and the Outdoor Recreation Equipment Center.
- PALS Classes: 0.5 to 3 credit physical activity and leisure classes including meditation, yoga, fitness, dance, outdoor recreation
- Wellness Clinic: ESAT & HSHP Student Learning Lab w/ Target Population Fitness Center Memberships, Group Fitness Classes, Fitness Evaluations and Graded Exercise Testing, Personal Training (health & fitness appraisals, individualized goal setting and exercise program design), Mental Performance coaching, exercise supervision and assistance during all hours of operation by fitness students or professionals, blood pressure & heart rate monitoring and more! Located in CHS 302.

- Mutual Aid Food Sharing Cabinet: Food pantry open to IC community members to take or donate non-perishable food items and personal care supplies 24/7. Pantry is located outside of Muller Chapel and there are also other locations throughout Tompkins County.
- Nourishing Self Group: Offered through Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Nourishing Self is a support group that allows for an open discussion around food, eating, and body image.
- Prunty's Pantry: The on-campus food pantry is a permanent location on campus which stores food and grocery items, personal care products, household paper products, dairy products, frozen foods, and some fresh produce. The Pantry at Ithaca College is located in the DeMotte room which is located on the lower level of the Egbert Hall/Campus Center building.

- Balancing Alcohol and Substance Use for College Success (BASICS): a confidential service that provides students with an opportunity to explore their alcohol and other drug use. BASICS is designed to assist students in examining their own substance use patterns and experiences in a non-judgmental setting.
- Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management: To connect, listen, support and provide resources to the campus.
- Sir Ewing Speech Clinic: Speech and Hearing services provided by SLP students supervised by SLP faculty/therapists. Location: 202 Smiddy Hall.
- Student Auxiliary Safety Patrol (SASP): Students trained to provide aux support to public safety officers. provide a safe escort program, patrol campus overnight, and assist with events.
- Wellness Supplies: Sexual health supplies (internal and external condoms, water-based and silicone-based lubricant and oral dams), Quit kits (for individuals looking to quit or reduce their smoke), Sleep Kits and Tick Kits.
- Wellness Workshops: Join the Center for Health Promotion team to learn more about a variety of wellness topics including sleep, substance use, nutrition, sexual health, stress management and more. Note: the website will take folks to any upcoming events and is updated throughout the academic year.
