Will VanDyke graduated from Ithaca College in 2005 with a degree in sports information and communication from the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance. He credits his time as music director of WICB as having led him to New York City and an internship with Beggars Group/Matador Records. From there, he became a new media coordinator for ILG/East West Records, a division of Warner Music Group. Since 2008, he’s worked for WMG’s distribution company, Warner-Elektra-Atlantic (WEA), managing various digital video accounts including YouTube. In his current role as senior director of digital accounts, he leads the content and revenue protection team, which coordinates the antipiracy and infringing content takedown response in addition to ensuring that all licensed material is properly monetized across many digital platforms.
