Tuesday, August 24th, the Exploratory Program will be hosting a Fall Welcome event featuring s'more making, good conversation, and games on the Campus Quad! All are welcome and Explorers are strongly encouraged to stop by.
The Exploratory Program and FIRST Place are teaming up to help you make sure to include all the classes you need for the fall 2021 semester. Make sure your schedule includes all the key features you need to make progress towards earning a degree. This event includes a formal presentation and personal assistance of Peer Ambassadors and Leaders (PALs), students who have been in your shoes and know exactly how you feel. PALs will be available to help answer questions and offer tips and tricks.
Are you a first-year exploratory student? Did you love Exploring the Options? Do you want to connect with other explorers and incoming students? Then come to our informational session!
Peer Ambassadors speak with prospective students at Office of Admission events and connect one-on-one with visiting students to help them learn about what the Exploratory Program can offer. Peer Leaders do this too and they also work with current explorers to help them get the most out of the program and their Ithaca College experience.
Join us on Wednesday, January 20th from 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. for a special and exclusive informational session on academic programs at IC. Exploratory students will hear from Associate Provost of Academic Programs Jeane Copenhaver-Johnson as well as from Exploratory Program Director Maria DiFrancesco. Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to ask questions about being an explorer. To register ahead of time, click this link.
