As a Professor of Psychology at Ithaca College, I have had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles, including Department Chair, where I have guided our department through significant transitions and advancements. My research interests lie in developmental and cross-cultural psychology, as well as educational technology, with a strong focus on fostering inclusive learning environments. I have published extensively, with my work supported by grants from the National Science Foundation
