Biography

I grew up an hour away in Syracuse, NY and attended Ithaca College as an undergraduate in the Exercise Science program. During undergrad, I played 4 years on the Men’s Rugby team and captained the team my senior year. I pursued my Master’s in Exercise Science at Appalachian State University, where I worked as a researcher in the Injury Lab, a strength and conditioning graduate assistant with the baseball and women’s soccer teams, and a sport science manager in the Baseball Pitching Lab.

I was thrilled to return to Ithaca in Fall 2024 and work with great faculty within an even greater exercise science program that sparked my passion for health and wellness.
