Mindfulness Across the Lifespan

Many of us are hard on ourselves, functioning as our own worst critic. Mindfulness and self-compassion practice can help us to examine and even befriend this inner critic, which can benefit ourselves as well as those we live and work with.

Join Associate Professor Mary Ann Erickson and her “Mindfulness Across the Lifespan” students for practice and discussion of self-compassion.
