What's New in 2025

Implementing new programs through Aetna effective 1/1/2025:

NEW Introducing a salary-tiered structure for medical contributions in 2025. 

  • Employee cost for medical insurance will be determined by your base salary
    as of October 28, 2024 for the 2025 benefit year.

NEW HDHP High Deductible Health Blue Plan:

  • An additional medical plan will be offered for the 2025 plan year. This is an HSA-qualified plan with a lower employee contribution, a higher deductible and out-of-pocket maximum than our existing HDHP Gold plan.

NEW AETNA WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM:

NEW AETNA Health Your Way:

  • As part of Aetna Health Your Way you have access to a digital health platform to help you set and achieve your health goals. Click here to learn more.

What's Changing in 2025

High Deductible Health Gold Plan (existing High Deductible Health Plan) and Point of Service (POS):

  • Modified deductible amounts, copays and co-insurances to the existing plans.

Pharmacy changes:

  • Slight copay changes to the pharmacy benefits offered through the HDHP and POS plans.
  • Introducing Aetna Weight Management Program

Health Savings Account (HSA):

  • Effective 1/1/25 the IRS has increased the Health Savings maximum plan limits to $4,300 for Individual Only and $8,550 for family. Catch up contributions remains unchanged, $1,000 for individuals 55 or older

Delta Dental:

  • No plan design changes. Employee cost increase between $2-$4 a month depending on plan

Davis Vision:

  • No plan design or rate changes
