How to Contribute

  1. Determine the amount you’d like to contribute each pay period
  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the attached Payroll Deduction Authorization form to start a new deduction or change an existing one.
  3. Submit the Form: Return the completed form to Alumni Hall, Ithaca College, or submit it electronically if applicable.
