Mission: The Faculty and Staff Benefits Committee (FSBC), which is convened by the administration, is dedicated to providing a strong consulting liaison to the Office of Human Resources concerning both current benefits and proposed changes in benefits. This will be accomplished through sharing concerns and reactions from the represented bodies with the Office of Human Resources and making recommendations for changes in benefits.
The FSBC will take a thoughtful, methodic approach to achieving and maintain a benefits package that meets the needs of employees’ while being financially sustainable for the College. The benefits offerings should be valued from an institutional perspective while considering budget, best business practices, and regulatory impact.
