The 2024-2025 Annual Performance Review will run from Monday, March 3, 2025 through friday, may 2, 2025.

Peer Feedback Identification and Feedback Requested | Employee and supervisor identify peers to provide feedback. Communicate list to Level-up supervisor. Level-up supervisor issues request for feedback from identified peers. | March 3, 2025 – March 7, 2025 |
Self-Evaluation Completion | Self-Evaluation document completed by employee | March 3, 2025 – March 16, 2025 |
Direct Report/Peer Feedback Completion | Feedback forms completed by the employee about their supervisor and peers (as requested.) | March 3, 2025 – March 16, 2025 |
Supervisor Evaluation | Document completed by supervisor. | March 17, 2025 – April 13, 2025 |
Review Meetings & Final Feedback | Virtual or In-person meeting between employee and supervisor. After meeting is held supervisor submits final comments. Supervisor releases document to employee for employee to acknowledge. | April 14, 2025 – May 2, 2025 |
