About the Jahn Family Civic Leadership Series
This annual lecture series is made possible by the Jahn Family Civic Leadership Fund, established by Robert Jahn Jr. in 2011 to support the Reserve Officers' Training Corps at Ithaca College.
Robert's three children attended Ithaca College: Tammis, class of 2011; Tyler, class of 2008; and Trevor, class of 2006. Trevor, an ROTC student, was killed in a car accident over Thanksgiving break his senior year. In the wake of the tragedy, the family was moved to create the Jahn Family Civic Leadership Fund and the Trevor W. Jahn '06 Memorial Scholarship, which provides financial aid to a qualifying student in the School of Humanities and Sciences. The family has also established a third scholarship: the Jahn Family ROTC Scholarship, which supports ROTC students.
