You can only watch a live stream if you have a consistent internet connection. Shared Wi-Fi networks, like what you might find at a coffee shop, are often too unreliable to view a live stream without interruption. We recommend viewing on the best possible connection you can find. Use Wi-Fi rather than cell phone data connections whenever possible. Your cellular data connection might work but you will not have a great user experience viewing this.
We recommend viewing from a wired connection with a download bandwidth of at least 500kbps. As a general rule your download bandwidth must be greater than the bitrate of the channel you’re trying to view - 500kbps. That is the minimum rate we recommend to get a lower resolution (basic) stream. The highest stream rates we broadcast are around 4000kbps to 5000kbps for HD video at 1920 x 1080. The system is adaptive and will automatically recognize your network connection to deliver the highest resolution that your connection can handle. If you want to manually select your setting (and you are using a computer), click the icon on the streaming player that looks like a gear. When you click that icon, you can select the streaming rate manually that suits your needs.
To test your speed, go to www.speedtest.net. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly, so running 3 tests is recommended.

Mobile Devices
This stream is mobile device compatible and works on most devices, however, we do not recommend viewing with a wireless connection as it can be unreliable. Remember that wireless connections fluctuate and you may experience breakups in the video. If you have a strong, stable, Wi-Fi signal you should be able to view the video. Please use Wi-Fi rather than a cellular connection whenever possible. Shared Wi-Fi networks, like what you might find at a coffee shop, are often too unreliable to view a live stream without interruption.
Update your Browser
The stream should work across any popular browser like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge. You may need to update your browser if you already have a good, tested, network connection, but still are having trouble viewing the stream.
