In this workshop, students will explore mindful eating through small group discussions and practical exercises. They will learn to tune into hunger and fullness cues, understand the relationship between portion sizes and mental well-being, and explore the connection between nutrition and mental health. They will learn about eating with intention, create personalized plans for managing portion sizes, and discuss how balanced nutrition can positively impact mood and overall mental health.
