Join us for an engaging talk on Closing the Gap: Strategies for Advancing Gender Equity in the Workplace, a research project coauthored by two faculty members and an IC student. Discover evidence-based strategies that U.S. companies are using to promote gender equity—from mentorship and sponsorship programs to flexible work policies and measurable GE targets.

Mindful Eating (Leading Self)

In this workshop, students will explore mindful eating through small group discussions and practical exercises. They will learn to tune into hunger and fullness cues, understand the relationship between portion sizes and mental well-being, and explore the connection between nutrition and mental health. They will learn about eating with intention, create personalized plans for managing portion sizes, and discuss how balanced nutrition can positively impact mood and overall mental health. Presented by Yen Wu, Graduate Intern for the Center for Health Promotion.
