Debrief "Minding the Gap" with the Advocacy Center of Tompkins County, Title IX, and the Center for IDEAS. In this award-winning documentary three young men bond across racial lines to escape volatile families in their Rust Belt hometown. Ten years later, while facing adult responsibilities, unsettling revelations force them to reckon with their parents and with each other.
Ithaca College community members will be provided exclusive access to view the film from Sunday, November 15th through Friday, November 20th, in preparation for a community debrief and unpacking of the documentary's exploration of the intersections of race, class, domestic violence, and manhood.
