Ithaca College is committed to creating a workplace built on respect and ethical behavior. The Ethics and Integrity Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise questions or concerns regarding violations of federal and state rules and regulations or policies of the College within the College setting rather than seeking resolution outside the College.
While the College encourages members of the IC community to use established reporting protocols, the College has selected EthicsPoint, Inc. to provide you with simple ways to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate activity or behavior in violation of College policies including the Ethics and Integrity Policy. You may file a report to Ithaca College on the EthicsPoint website or by calling:
- Within the United States, dial 888-274-8495 (toll free)
- From the United Kingdom, dial 0800-89-0011(BT), or 0500-89-0011(C&W). At the prompt, dial 888-274-8495. This is a toll-free number. There is no need to dial a “1” before this number.
All reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly and all reports will be reviewed carefully by the College. No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting in good faith or inquiring about potential breaches of the College's policies.
The EthicsPoint reporting system is not a substitute for existing reporting channels already established by Ithaca College. The College has elected to provide this service as an additional means of reporting, where maintaining the reporter's anonymity and confidentiality is important. Ithaca College strongly urges members of the campus community to report possible misconduct through normal lines of communication. Please refer to the Ethics and Integrity Policy and the other policies and procedures included in the Ithaca College Policy Manual.
