This page has instructions for submitting revisions to existing sections of the Ithaca College Policy Manual. If a new policy section needs to be added, please notify the Office of the General Counsel at policies@ithaca.edu.
To submit a proposed revision to a current policy, be sure to:
- Email proposed revisions HERE, only one policy at a time.
- Include the policy section number in the Subject Line of your email.
- Copy the entire text of the FULL policy from the online section page and paste it into a Word document.
- Make all proposed changes in the Word document with the Track Changes feature turned on.
- Include an effective date for the revision (if none is provided, we will use the date this email is received.
