The form linked below should be used for submitting proposed revisions to any section of the Ithaca College Policy Manual. If a new policy needs to be added, please notify the Office of the General Counsel at policies@ithaca.edu.
Make sure you:
- Submit revisions for only one policy per form submission.
- Complete the form in its entirety.
- Copy the policy section from the online policy manual and paste it into a Word document.
- Attach the Word document to the form with revisions marked. Mark all changes to the policy with the Track Changes feature.
