On September 15, 2021, Ithaca College was pleased to acknowledge a generous donation from The Protestant Community to establish The George and Elizabeth Clarkson Community Engagement Fund. This fund is named in honor of George and Elizabeth Clarkson and recognizes the Clarkson’s legacy of hospitality. The fund will support educational programming that explores themes related to spirituality and social action, ecumenism, and community.

The George and Elizabeth Clarkson Community Engagement Fund is dedicated to supporting community engagement initiatives facilitated by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, with a preference for lectures focusing on themes reflective of the Clarksons' dedication to hospitality, spirituality, social action, ecumenism, and community.
