Circle Apartments for Graduate Students

- The Circle Apartment rate per person for 2024-25 is $6,710 per semester ($13,420 for the fall and spring semesters). Meal plans are available for purchase.
- Each unit has a patio or balcony
- Each unit is furnished and includes a single bedroom with a full-size bed.
- Full-size dishwasher, stove, and microwave
- Access to the Circles Community Building, which features a fitness center, printing services, shared study space, mail lockers, laundry, and TCAT bus stop
- Open during winter break
- Option to request room placement with friends (when available)
- Renewable for the next year
- Commuter and full meal plans are available to purchase through Student Financial Services
