RESIDENCY POLICY
Ithaca College is a residential campus with a three-year on campus residency requirement. You are required to live on campus for your first-year, sophomore, and junior years.
MEAL POLICY
All students residing in non-apartment on-campus residences are required to be on a meal plan. Residents of Circle and Garden Apartments are not required to have a meal plan, but may do so by contacting Student Financial Services.
COMMUTER POLICY
You may apply for commuter status if you will reside with a parent or legal guardian during the academic year within 60 miles driving distance of campus. (This must be both your and your parent/guardian's permanent address.) You may submit a Commuter Status Request Form at any time.
ROOM AND MEAL PLAN CHARGES
The Office of Student Financial Service automatically charges incoming student accounts for a standard double room. Your account will be adjusted to the applicable room rate once your room selection is made, but this may not be reflected by your student account statement until the billing cycle following opening weekend.
