Serves as the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice President for Applications and Infrastructure at Ithaca College. In this role, she leads a broad portfolio that includes network and unified communications, systems architecture, endpoint engineering, enterprise applications, project management, analytics, web development, and AI integration. Her focus is on creating user-centered solutions that align technology with the College’s mission and operational needs.
With a career that spans the U.S. Navy, manufacturing, and private higher education institutions, Casey brings a unique, cross-sector perspective to her work. She is passionate about building resilient systems, fostering inclusive teams, and helping others thrive through thoughtful leadership and professional development.
At the national level, Casey is actively engaged with EDUCAUSE, where she contributes to conversations on digital transformation, IT governance, and the responsible integration of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. She has served as a faculty member for EDUCAUSE's Digital Transformation Learning Lab and regularly collaborates with peer institutions to advance innovation across higher education.
Casey holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and is deeply committed to serving students, seeing each challenge as an opportunity to improve the experience and outcomes for the Ithaca College community.
