Staff

I first joined the Office of Case Management at Ithaca College in 2019 as an intern during my Masters in Social Work. After graduating from SUNY Binghamton in 2020, I worked as a Domestic Violence Advocate and acquired my license before returning as a full time staff member in January of 2022. I grew up in Michigan, and received my bachelor's degree from Michigan State University with a major in Women's and Gender Studies with an LGBTQ Specialization, an additional major in Anthropology with a Muslim Studies Specialization, and a minor in Arabic. I bring my intersectional background to all of my work with students, and love to help students navigate their way through tough times and back to flourishing. In my off time, you can find me reading at least book a week, spending a lot of time with my cat Evie, and exploring Ithaca with my fiance. I also create macrame art; this photo is from an all campus art exhibit here at IC in 2022 where one of my wall hangings was displayed.
