Mish Lenhart
As the Director of Student Engagement, I lead the department responsible for student organizations, community service, and student leadership programs. We help students be engaged in the IC community from their first week on campus to their last! I work with students, staff, and faculty to create a comprehensive leadership education program emphasizing learning and personal development through practical application of leadership practices and theories. Some of the specific programs that I coordinate include:

Prior to joining Ithaca College in 2008, I worked at a variety of colleges and universities in Maryland, California, and New York. My formal education includes a BS in Human Geography and MS in Education at SUNY College at Geneseo, a MS in Creative Studies at Buffalo State College, and a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. My MBTI Type is ENFP and my Strengths are Ideation, Empathy, Positivity, Strategic, and Communication.
