Graduate Hooding Ceremony

Glazer Arena

The College will recognize the special accomplishments of all graduating master's and doctoral candidates through a graduate hooding ceremony. Following a centuries-old tradition, master's and doctoral candidates will be formally hooded by their respective faculty. A reception will follow the program. All family and friends of graduate students are cordially invited to attend the ceremony and reception.

Klezmer and Candy Hanukkah Shabbat

Muller Chapel

All members of the Ithaca College community are invited to attend special Shabbat services in celebration of Hanukkah. Hillel will be offering two services inside Muller Chapel, one in a Reform style, and the other in a Conservative style. Conservative style services will be organized by Kehillah, Ithaca College's Conservative Jewish community.

Fall 2018 Phi Kappa Phi Induction Ceremony and Reception

Phi Kappa Phi, founded in 1897, is the only national honor society which recognizes and encourages superior scholarship in all disciplines of higher education. The Greek letters Phi Kappa Phi stand for Philosophia Krateito Phonton -- “let the love of learning rule humanity.” Over its 117-year history the society has grown to more than 300 chapters with more than 1 million active members.

Convocation 2018

A & E Events Center

The Ithaca College community is invited to help welcome the Class of 2022 and our new transfer students to campus at the 2018 Convocation and Community Picnic.

10:00-10:15 a.m. - Welcome Chute, A&E Center - Faculty and staff will form a welcome chute to greet new students as they arrive at the A& E Center.

10:15 a.m. – Students will enter the A&E Center as a large group through the staff and faculty chute.

10:30 a.m. – Convocation Procession Begins- A&E Center - Convocation Ceremony will begin immediately after the Procession
